Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are checked, packed, and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We currently offer:

• Free standard shipping on orders over $150
• Standard shipping — 5–10 business days, tracked
• Express shipping — 2–4 business days, tracked, signature on delivery

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order, and are provided by our carriers rather than guaranteed by us.

International orders

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country once the package reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 2 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Lost or damaged in transit

All orders over a certain value are shipped with signature confirmation and insurance. If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier and get a replacement or refund sorted out.

Return Policy

Return window

You may request a return within 5 days of delivery. After 5 days, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

What can be returned

• Unopened, sealed product (booster boxes, bundles, ETBs) in its original, unopened condition
• Items that arrive defective, damaged, or not as described
• Orders affected by a fulfillment error on our part (wrong item sent, missing item)

What can't be returned

Because of the nature of trading card products, the following are final sale and not eligible for return:

• Opened booster packs, boxes, or bundles
• Individual/single cards, including graded cards
• Products marked "final sale" or purchased on clearance

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and the reason for the return. If it's approved, we'll send return shipping instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging — we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
